I’m gonna be totally honest here and say while I absolutely LOVE Bar Harbor, there is just something about the “quiet side” of Mount Desert Island. It’s a whole vibe.

I would use the words charming and quaint to describe this side of the island. The harbor itself is smaller (for sure) but you get moments like this 😍 I was just starting to drizzle as my sister and I watched the boats and the birds after a day of exploring Acadia. Just one of those moments, ya know?

I’m so glad we get to give you a big beautiful life Cal 💜 Our little lady is a curious, goofy, happy girl with a head made of rock (I swear - she uses it as a battering ram accidentally). She loves to play with the huskies and loves her people so much! She’s the sweetest 💚

November 4th is a guestimate (based on her teeth when we adopted her at 2 months old) of her birthday so we’re celebrating today but can’t wait to get her @embarkvet age test back to confirm 🧡
